The BEST SERVICE EVER! The high level of care - requiring 5 diagnostic visits and always with extreme courtesy, respect, and professionalism - resulted in an absolutely terrific outcome. Ryan, Andrew, and Wes were absolutely my advocates and champions in trouble-shooting my faulty garage door opener. They were able to replace the entire system under warranty, and only charged me a VERY REASONABLE service call fee. I want to throw them a big party to say how much we appreciated their efforts along with the competent office staff. I immediately sent them to my daughter's new home where she was equally delighted with the outcome.

Had a garage door installed by Plum Lift A Door. I live in a condo that has zero clearance. They ran into an issue and without even telling me Wes and his crew sprung into action and took control. They got it taken care of and did a spectacular job. It is so nice to come home to a new garage door and most importantly with a automatic door opener. I will refer ALL my friends and family to Plum Lift A Door!!
