This handyman and his crew do not meet professional standards. Although every crew member was friendly, it doesn't appear that they had much experience other than one of the carpentry persons. Their work is very messy, paint left in many places where it shouldn't be when the work was "done". We had to have things done over during the process after seeing issues several times, and have them come back to fix issues. All 5 of the installed doors had/have issues with fit and closure. Tile work created problems, the level is uneven on the floors, even though there were a lot of leftover tiles that could have worked instead. it's unlikely they even checked that part for level. Some tile set on top of baseboard instead of behind it where the toilet sits. The grout was not mixed or applied well and looks like several shades instead of one. We had to buy a different bath faucet instead of the style we preferred because the medicine cabinet installer did not listen to instructions to place the framing high enough to clear it when the doors were opened. They used some of our items, one was replaced, another taken. Many of the 22 days work was being done, there was only one person on the job for the majority of the day, he did work steadily while here. The owner doesn't like to hear feedback and states he's trying to "teach" his crew.
