For anyone who needs a handy man, I would highly recommend Syd Espinosa. I need two toilet and a garbage disposal installed. In his busy schedule he managed to fit my job in and completed it within about a couple of hours. Syd is very polite & considerate about cleaning up his mess. I am very satisfied with his work and I do intend to contact him for more jobs to be done with my house.

We hired Syd a second time to tackle a list of projects. He professionally installed a window Air Conditioning unit so that it is safe and secure. He fixed some outdoor light fixtures and refinished a light. He fixed two broken chairs. He repaired and antique piece of furniture, moved it and then secured it for earthquake safety. We will use him again.
