Its hard to hire someone to do work and get it done right when you are 3000 miles from the property. I had some water damage above a refrigerator that involved the ceiling and wall. From the pics we both thought it needed 2 draywall patches. As it turned out he could skim coat it. Once we got past the business issues, he did the work and sent pics. It looks great!! Prices were reasonable. I found a guy I can trust! I definitely recommend Ricardo!

The guys at Solid Design Build have done an amazing job on my condo. Our kitchen looks amazing and the extensive paint job is immaculate. Those guys are very detail oriented and it shows! I was talking with Rafael about checking out a condo I was thinking about purchasing when he asked me if I was interested in having him come with me to look at it. I didn't think about it before hand but I absolutely wanted his opinion of the place, to tell me if there was anything to be concerned with and to get his opinion on the value. I was prepared to pay a consulting fee of some sort, but Rafael did not ask me for any such payment. They are a good team and worked really well together. They worked hard and are there everyday to get the job done. They will point out areas that they think should help to preserve the structure and will not do anything to make the job less structurally sound. We are very impressed with their overall performance and have asked them to do other jobs around the house for us. They are licensed, local, good professionals and most importantly knowlegeable

WHEN I TALKED TO THE TENANT, HE SAID HE LIKED ZENPLACE'S ONLINE AND MOBILE SYSTEM FOR INSTANTLY BOOKING SHOWINGS AND WAS FRUSTRATED BY OTHER AGENTS WHO HE WOULD HAVE TO KEEP CALLING. ZENPLACE ALSO QUICLY COLLECTED THE DEPOSIT AND GOT THE LEASED SIGNED FAST SO NO WAITING THERE. GREAT LEASING EXPERIENCE WITH MY OTHER UNITS TOO - QUICK, FAST, AND ATTRACT HIGH QUALITY TENANTS.
