So I did not understand that HVAC maintenance service call is to look at your HVAC and recommend anything that needs to be done. They do not actually do any maintenance on the call. For what he did, he came out when he said he would and was very reasonable with his charge. He gave me a list of recommendations and costs for the items if I wanted to do them. He was very prompt and professional.

SDAC is an amazing company. I highly recommend them based on their professionalism, ethic and work quality. I wanted to get my HVAC repair/replaced. Dan came in and did a thorough review and tried his best to do the repair and gave me an outline of what its going to cost. But the fix did not work which he did not charge me for. He then gave me quote for new HVAC system with multiple options and an option to finance it with 0% interest rate. These guys are very professional, the made sure to have their employee wear mask, gloves and cleaned the entire path in our home while they were working. We had a great experience with this HVAC company. What started as a small issue-a leak in our ceiling that we thought was just a simple vinyl tube replacement-said was a bigger problem. They took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and explained that the system needed proper PVC piping and ultimately a new AC unit. Despite the unexpected incident, they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They were extremely responsive (the quickest company to get back to me), answered all of my questions, and explained what needed to be done and why. Their team was professional, neat, and respectful of our home. They worked efficiently and completed the entire job in just one day, which was impressive. They also worked with me on pricing and payment, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for an honest, responsive, and hardworking HVAC company, I highly recommend them!
