- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price every project according to distance, circuit size, and labor. We typically offer a day rate as well as a half day rate as well as a service call rate If we do multiple projects with the same client, we shall discount the additional work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe that staying small allows for a clearly defined relationship with our clients, homeowners, and contractors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lutron Homeworks Lighting Control Dealer Technical Trade Education through San Mateo County registered apprenticeship program. California State Registered & Certified Electrician which requires ongoing continuing education every 3 years. NEC, National Electrical Code licensed Electrical Contractor
