Jose does great work. I hired him to help me with all the changes needed when I upgraded my pool equipment and added a pool heater. He demo-ed the old shed - built a small retaining wall with a drainage system -- expanded the footprint of the concrete pad -- trenched the yard and ran an additional 50 amps of power - built a new shed with lights -- i was so happy with his work that I then asked him to replace an old broken down manual gate with a new one that included an electric motor so I can park the car in he back. I will hire Jose again when I am ready to build the pool house / addition -- and have already recomended him to friends and neighbors. Do yoursef a favor and hire Jose.

Jose helped convert my 1000ft2 2-1 house into a 2200ft2 5-3 renovation including adding floors with truss work and updated kitchen with open concept. He oversaw a crew that framed walls roof and flooring, connected new and existing plumbing added a new electrical panel and the related wiring updates. He worked with other sub contractors to solve sprinkler installation, foundation driveway and retaining wall pours, ensuring codes were met, following engineering and building designs and meeting inspection needs. He was professional and courteous while accomplishing the project. He was communicative to help understand my living needs to make solutions before moving in. I would recommend him to future home owners needing renovation projects fulfilled.
