I bring over 15 years of hands-on experience as a solo-contractor, providing a broad range of services. - electrical, carpentry, decks/fencing, mounting, plumbing, appliance and fixture installs, and assembly/installation of boxed furniture and equipment. - Upgrades to existing household equipment or rough-in installation for plumbing and electrical applications. - consultation and troubleshooting for more complex projects that may require planning or creative problem-solving. - full remodeling or facelifts for bathrooms and kitchens. I take pride in being honest, dependable, and transparent with my clients. If a project falls outside my area of expertise, I’m always willing to help connect you with the right professional or company to ensure the job is completed properly. Please note: I charge $120/hour and have a two-hour minimum for all services, unless a flat rate or quoted price has been pre-established. Typically, I offer my hourly rate on punch list style projects and a quoted, flat rate on mid to larger scale projects. Thx!
