Rob was very quick to respond to my inquiry for weekly meal prep for my family of four. After a conversation on food preferences he sent over a seasonal menu for me to choose from. The day of he was here on time and spent few hours preparing, packaging and cleaning up. All of the food was labeled with reheating instructions along with a list of components for each dish which made it easy to reheat. The whole experience is so easy and the food is delicious!
