Jose and his wife were AMAZING. My exceptionally, let's say "particular," mother was in need of some deep cleaning at her new place. There was a bedroom and separate bathroom which hadn't been tended to by the prior owner for quite some time. Three hours later, my mother was raving about the exceptional job which was done. She's not easy to please, so I have no problem singing their praises.

Highly recommend for property owners for apartment clean-outs. Unbelievably good. (!) I hired the company for a clean-out of our house after living in it for 10 years, and preparing it for new tenants. I didn't speak with the owner but the fellow who called us, I think his name is Jose, was outstanding. He came in advance to give us a bid. We needed everything including the walls washed. Patio walls washed etc. He came back with a great crew. We needed TSP for the walls and were able to show him and the crew how to use it. Very specific floor cleaners, etc. When my husband arrived to inspect the property it looked like it had just been freshly painted. Incredible job. His fee was very reasonable and so pleasant to work with. A total professional. We have been leasing properties for 14 years and have worked with so many crews. This is the best by far. Very reasonable rate and real attention to detail. No slackers on his team. Very sweet guy. This is the only service we will call form now on. Can't say enough good stuff about him.
