2026-April: Just had our AC systems inspected in advance of the hot desert summer. Armando was our service tech. He handled everything with professionalism, transparency, and respect for my property. He was also easy to interact with. He explained the service he performed and he provided clear explanations for a couple of items that need to be looked after in the near future. I continue to be impressed by the high level of knowledge and integrity from the technicians who have taken care of my HVAC needs.2025-Oct: Today was our annual HVAC service. I trust UrbanWorx for my HVAC needs. In particular, Amanda has become my regular service tech who knows my HVAC system. I trust her to keep things running effectively and efficiently. She is always pleasant and easy to work with, plus she is tidy and conscientious when she leaves the work site - namely, my side yard (AC & mini-split units) and my utility closet (heating units).2025-Dec: Today we had a plumbing inspection. Hector was great; he explained a couple of items that ought to be addressed which we opted to have him handle while on-site. He was courteous and professional and patiently answered all my questions. It was a good first-time inspection for us. We will try not to let it go so long before we repeat.
