- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
at least 24hrs Notice is required for any project. any emergency call can be taking at higher rate ($120 first hour and $75.00 and hour after)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
at least 24hrs Notice is required for any medium to large project. a walkthrough of the project must be scheduled for a list of repair and materials. a client email is required for the estimate since is done by the company software / a signature of the client is necessary after accepting the Estimate. work begins with a $500 deposit or 10% of Total Estimate. a Full payment is required after work is completed. one last signature is required after all work is completed. / client received a copy of the signed final Invoice. Our Goal is a Happy and a Long term Client.
