I recently did a flood restoration job on a 1000 square foot two bedroom, one bath slab house. The job involved the following: Repipe of the water supply going from galvanized pipe to copper pipe including replacement of the water heater, repipe of the main waist drain exiting the house to the septic tank, replacement of drywall and insulation throughout from slab to two feet up, all walls got skim coat and new orange peel texture, new rigid vinyl snap lock flooring, new unfinished cabinets from home Depot that I painted for the kitchen, new vanity, new toilet, new medicne cabinet for the bathroom, new door jambs built to fit existing doors, new door casing, new baseboard, two-tone painting throughout, new 220 volt electrical service for range in the kitchen.
