- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the quality, precision, and care I bring to every project. I offer transparent estimates with no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for multiple-room projects. Wall preparation, primer application, and travel outside my main service area may involve additional costs, which are always discussed upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I discuss the customer’s vision and review their wallpaper choice. Then, I schedule a site visit to inspect the walls and provide an accurate estimate. Once we agree on the scope, I prepare the walls for installation, ensuring the best adhesion and a flawless finish. I keep clients updated during the entire process and perform a final walkthrough to make sure everything is perfect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed advanced training in wallpaper installation, including techniques for high-end designer brands, textured materials, and specialty wallcoverings. Over the years, I have also attended workshops and collaborated with interior designers to ensure my skills stay up-to-date with the latest trends and materials.
