Blake remodeled our bathroom and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. He was super easy to work with, showed up when he said he would, and kept us in the loop the whole way. The quality of work was top notch, and he even helped us make a few design calls that ended up making a big difference. It looks amazing now. Highly recommend!

His knowledge of the California approach to real estate transactions was most useful and comforting to a Northeasterner. He managed the delicate communications with the Seller and calmed my nerves at a critical point in the negotiations. He was available 24/7 and with a three hour time zone difference, that was most useful...via phone, text and email. Questions were answered with clarity with a fundamental understanding of the transaction process. He was able to communicate effectively across multi generations. He was a real asset.
