Dave Lawson is the best contractor I have ever worked with, and I have been through three other “this old house” renovations. He is a craftsman who is skilled in pretty much everything. Dave communicates well. He reports his progress and takes the time to explain things to me. If I have a renovation project I’d like to complete and he is not available, I would wait until he is.
