My tankless water heater went out and I called Steven to help me. He was very responsive throughout the process and was on top of it. Came by and replaced my water heater immediately. He tried to save us some money by using the same fittings from before. Unfortunately, we had a small leak. Without hesitation, they came back and quickly realized the problem were the old fittings and did the work at no extra charge (just the cost of the fittings). Yes there was a leak and people can get up in arms that it happened. What I appreciate was the communication and customer service. I think through that, it showed the true culture and character of these guys at West Coast Drains and Plumbing. I’m getting a water softener installed in the near future and I will definitely be giving these guys a call. They’ve earned my business.
