Manny showed care while doing our window tinting and explained why the tinting would not stick to one of the windows that had multiple window squares due to caulking and what looked like glue stuck to the window. He guarantees his work and didn't want us to be disappointed as the tinting would have lifted from this particular window. Would definitely use him again.

I received a quote on July 20; 3 weeks later I still have not met with the bidder. I cancelled one appointment as I was out of town, but he is very difficult to communicate with, his voicemail is full, has set 3 appointments that he did not fulfill including getting the wrong date for the first appointment. Stay in touch with your customers!!
