We were truly fortunate to have found Albert! He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. We came on to this app looking for someone to patch my roof, but he suggested seeing if my insurance would cover the missing shingles. Because of that advice, I was able to replace the entire roof. Insurance paid for half. Albert and his crew were able to knock out the roof in a matter of days. He painted all of my vents with a complementary color to my shingles. Thank you, Albert!

Outstanding in every respect. Great communication from day one, completed the job in one day. Straight forward, honest, lots of integrity. No cutting corners. We had six bids in an extremely wide range for roof damage caused by extreme on-going winds in California desert. One couldn't be bothered with providing a written estimate though his verbal quote was $8,000 higher than anyone else. Another never was capable of making an appointment after original photos were taken. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. One spent most of the time bad-mouthing competitors. Another was the same original price as Desert Roof Concepts, but wanted an extra 4% to pay with debit or credit card. That's $400 more. And, he balked at getting required permit, and said that would be added to the cost if we wanted it. Others were patch jobs that would leave us in the same position when the next round of winds came. Very happy with decision to go with Desert Roof Concepts. Everything done according to Hoyle, no shortcuts, no overcharges, no BS. In the end, great work, and that's the real bottom line.

He was responsive even in the early hours of the morning when I submitted my project via thumbtack and adapted against all odds when our project turned out to be more complicated than I originally understood and relayed.
