Although the initial repair did not fix the washing machine, the tech showed me how to manually make it perform while we waited for a part to be delivered. This really helped as I had accumulated over 10 loads of wash by then. When I called in I was always greeted by Mai who is exceptional! She is prompt with her promises ie: she got back to me quickly with the status of the part delivery. Than you !
