Introduction: I am passionate about what I do and want to succeed in making your event wonderful! Classically French trained from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena. Chef Sarena loves to be creative and serve some of her very own recipes. She puts her very own twist to any dish she creates. Chef Sarena prepares International cuisine, working with ones dietary guidelines and allergies. Chef Sarena has some set menus and will also work with clients to come up with a custom menu for any occasion! Chef Sarena was an incredible private chef. My wife and I have very particular requirements (Gluten Free and Paleo). Sarena prepared a comprehensive menu for our weekend vacation in Palm Springs. She was organized, took time to understand our likes and dislikes and most importantly her food was delicious. Sarena also kept our rental home spotless after preparing each meal and was a pleasure to be around. I would highly recommend Sarena and plan to utilize her services again any time we visit Palm Springs!

Chef Sarena prepared a delicious meal and worked with two guests who have many food sensitivities/allergies to make sure no off-limits foods were included. We had a wonderful celebration and loved Sarena!

Per Person Cost includes food, shopping, labor, preperation and clean up. Server and bartender is additional.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out what they are looking for. How I can make their event the best ever. And plan a menu that is personal to their wants and needs. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im a Le Cordon Bleu graduate since 2006. I have worked at the Jean Michel Fiji Island Resort. Also I have worked at hotels, restaurants, catering and personal chef. I have also been a server and bartender.
