- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Per Person Cost includes food, shopping, labor, preperation and clean up. Server and bartender is additional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out what they are looking for. How I can make their event the best ever. And plan a menu that is personal to their wants and needs. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im a Le Cordon Bleu graduate since 2006. I have worked at the Jean Michel Fiji Island Resort. Also I have worked at hotels, restaurants, catering and personal chef. I have also been a server and bartender.
