I'm very reasonable though it's all based on the amount of labor that goes into it what you pay for you get back in the joy of owning/using and it's something special to both of us and no doubt the best part of all its something I can take great pride in knowing I were a part of.

getting to know their style the way they talk and feel about their property and how they want to feel about it and what they think it's potential is and their needs/timeline.
