(Taking pics for our files with current date & observations made, note any possible future maintenance issues, review CC&R's, Bylaws and Rules & Regs to ensure compliance is respected as well as OSHA, Insurance policies,& Cali State law) 2) We meet with you at our office or on property at your convenience to review the contract bid & answer ANY & ALL questions with 100% TRANSPARENCY.... We are available ANY time day or night to all Homeowners & Board members via personal cell phone. We also provide a 24/7 EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBER. 3) Rest easy! Step 3 is for you to ENJOY LIFE!. We manage your property with a very personal approach and we welcome your calls ANY time for ANY reason.
