Lois has a great ability to adapt to the student's needs. I love her teaching methods, developed by her based in all her years of experience teaching english. I've experienced a really fast improvement with pronunciation, which was my number one concern. I've really enjoyed her classes and I totally recommend her!

Working with Eric and Elite Home Tutoring could not have been a better experience. Eric was amazingly responsive to any questions I had and he paired my son with a terrific tutor (Bri) for his ACT test. The prices are very fair and I will definitely be using EHT again.

I used to be intermediate level of English but after tutoring, I feel that my English improved to an advanced level. I can more properly use grammar in speech and in sentences. I am happy to say that I am now going to college and I really recommend tutoring. My experience was really good.

I found Ms. Harris after a long search for a tutor for graduate school. She was perfect from the start - very professional, on time, had a lot of experience and great references. I am recommending her to everyone I know!

    About

I'm well-versed in tutoring children of all ages in English and history. My hourly pricing is negotiable on a case-by-case basis. I currently have between 3 and 5 people that I tutor, and each child has seen his/her grades drastically elevate. I would love to do the same for your child.

As a retired teacher with 34 years experience, I know how to determine your needs, motivate you, plan and execute effective lessons, and evaluate your progress. I love using real life to teach language. We can take a walk around your home or your neighborhood, stop for a snack, sing a song, and talk about whatever we see or do. I plan to start tutoring around July 15, so please contact me after that date.

    About

I love math, I really have a passion for what I do. I have always enjoyed helping people and math is one way I can help ease others frustrations. I am getting my 4 year math degree in 3 years, if that doesn't yell motivated then I must be in the wrong place. I am very professional and friendly. I also understand that people learn differently and I am very patient if a client is struggling in a concept.

    About

Do you need some help with math? I can help you with that! I completed Calculus BC in junior year of high school with a score of 5, and none of my high school math grades were below 95%. Also, I got a score of 750 in SAT Math I and 770 in SAT Math IIC. Therefore, I am very comfortable in teaching from grades 1 to 11 math. I have some teaching experience as a peer tutor for a year, but most importantly, I am very passionate about math. You might not like math right now, but I will change that. You have logical intellect inside you, and in your math class, you just have to not freak out and use that innate talent in you. My goal is to get you interested in math and excel at it. I am from South Korea and have been studying in an island beside Vancouver, Canada, for 6 years. I am currently a UCLA student and major in psychobiology (behavioural psychology). I usually charge $20 to $25 per hour, but feel free to negotiate an alternative price with me if you have one. Thank you.
