Jorge was so knowledgeable and took great care to reassemble my new pooltable. They worked a couple hours making sure it was perfectly level and getting the felt laid down perfectly. I never realized the intricacies of putting up a new table. Highly recommend this company.

Working with Billiard Medic was absolutely amazing. I'm so happy I chose them out of anybody else that I had requested a quote from. They were reasonably priced, but most importantly, it showed how much experience they actually had while disassembling and moving a pooltable that I had purchased.
My pooltable was a higher-end pooltable, and I was nervous about someone being able to properly take it apart and then reassemble it in my home. Everything went smoothly and perfectly, and it actually looked better once they reassembled it than it did when we picked it up from the seller. Would definitely and highly recommend anyone who's looking to move a billiards table

Not only did they move our 3 slate table with care, they also cleaned it up and did a little TLC to the couple of existing small scratches. They also advised us on upcoming table cloth maintenance, which we were unaware of. We appreciate the gentleman that helped us today. Thank you

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will advise how much space is needed to play billiards. Normally the customer will have an idea where they want to have their billiards table set up. Once placement is decided some people want chat with me others leave me to continue working.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 35 years experience in manufacturing, selling, installing, and maintenance of Billiard tables.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started off working at the manufacturing warehouse building the billiard tables.
