It was a pleasure working with Palmdale Video. Anytime you mail your only copy of a dvd to be duplicated, there's anxiety. My fears were ameliorated when I was notified by Palmdale that they had received my dvd. Such a small thing but it made such a big difference. My entire experience with them was filled with that kind of responsiveness. There was a real and sincere effort on their part to know exactly what I wanted and to deliver it in a timely fashion; the cost was well worth the price. Bravo, Palmdale Video.
