- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is based on Supply & Demand and take into account other companies in the market could compare & can be negotiated depending on treatment options. Usually in one visit rodent can be blocked out from property’s by Pesaround but might take a visit to check up on treated properties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inspection is required for emailed on site estimate or quote could be agreed on based on communication between Pesaround & new customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained to Inspect Homes & hands on work experience for 5 years Rodent Proofing tasks for variety of companies. Common knowledge monthly training studies & also self taught entrepreneur minded since high school.
