I had the spring break on my garage door. I contacted Elite Garage door and told the office person that I was in a real mess and needed help. She scheduled a technician for this afternoon. Palm garage door is very quick to respond. I scheduled their onsite estimate within a few minutes. The technician is also very professional and know what he is doing. He gave me two options. One is cheaper that just replacing the broken spring. The other is more comprehensive that it also replaces the door opener because my existing one is too old and very noisy. I took the second option, which cost $1600 in total. The job is done quick and clean. Very happy to have the new and quiet door opener.
