FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My line of work found me. I knew I wanted to help people live full lives, but I thought it'd be in a more established way. Instead, I find myself pioneering, which in the end is actually in life with the way I work - do it, show me, and then tell me about your experience :)
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The types of jobs vary. Someone might commission a work of art from me, and in doing so tell me about a significant life story and how this painting is meant to capture its essence as an artifact of that time. Other times, I'm helping someone walk through their transition of where they are, and where they want to be in their artwork or personal growth. Many times, however I am working with someone on a piece or vision of something they want to create, and as we work together stories are shared and revelations are had. People usually leave with a different feeling of themselves - charged, sparked and sometimes simply more accepting of themselves and current place in life.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is look for someone who listens, who is relational, and who is experienced in a variety of fields. In the end, experiential knowledge is easier to communicate.
