- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mostly I'm trying to give the final price for the project that is more clear for the customer. When the request is clear. Otherwise i offer to go with my hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It goes like this: send me pictures of what and where you want the work done. I’ll probably also ask you to send me measurements and dimensions. I then make a rough estimate of what materials and labor are going to cost. Then we get to work, and you get to enjoy your new door, floor, paint job, or appliance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Extensive work experience in new construction.
