I needed someone immediately to help me figure out if and how I could fit the new refrigerator that I thought would fit and now was sitting in the middle of my kitchen. Ted was in the area and he came within 5 minutes. He assessed the issue right away by safely removing a side panel from the cabinet and then the new appliance fit. I am so grateful for his responsiveness and kindness to squeeze me in within appointments as I was about to return the appliance while food would have gone rotten. Thank you!!!
