We hired Volodymyr to address some maintenance that was long overdue! He took one look at the problem areas, knew exactly what to do, and got started on the work. He patched up the areas on our garage door where the weather had damaged it and repainted the door, and he also repaired some tiles that had come off our front steps. He was responsive, punctual, and had a high attention to detail. We look forward to working again with Volodymyr in the future.

I had a broken window that I needed patched up. He was able to come over quickly as it was very cold and quite rainy. Since I didn’t have a tape measure he came over and took measurements and purchased everything needed to patch up the window. He was very professional and thoughtful about the job. I really appreciate that he was able to help me so quickly when everyone else was to busy for such a small job. I recommend him wholeheartedly!

We are so lucky to have found Volodymyr as our handyman. He is careful, thoughtful, honest, and efficient, and we’ve been extremely satisfied with results for several jobs so far related to plumbing, lighting installation, door frames, closets, shelves, and grouting. He always has a great grasp of what we envision for a project, and often anticipates questions or issues before we do. We needed a custom addition to an irregular doorframe—he took the measurements, came back in the second visit with the new piece ready to install, secured and painted it—it was a perfect fit and impossible to distinguish from the original parts. I bought a wall-mount light fixture that turned out to hang too low—he pointed out that we could just mount it upside down so that it pointed up instead of hanging down—honestly it looks better this way than the intended orientation. Saves us from hitting our heads on it, and saved me from having to return it and find another. Lastly, the final cost for each job has always been within the range that he quotes upfront. Highly recommend!

As a new homeowner, we had multiple things to take care of before moving in and Vlodomyr was able to help us with almost everything. Various tasks he helped us included installing cameras and flood-lights, water purifier installation and caulking in the kitchen, installing a self-closing garage door and changing locks. He is efficient with his time and does quality work.

Very professional, very thorough and careful work. Felipe was great at explaining the options for placing the outlets I wanted and was careful to avoid damaging framing and seismic reinforcement - unlike many electricians will cut right through structural stuff. I recommend.
