We hired Volodymyr to address some maintenance that was long overdue! He took one look at the problem areas, knew exactly what to do, and got started on the work. He patched up the areas on our garage door where the weather had damaged it and repainted the door, and he also repaired some tiles that had come off our front steps. He was responsive, punctual, and had a high attention to detail. We look forward to working again with Volodymyr in the future.

Volodymyr was prompt and affordable. I also didn't buy all the right materials, but he worked around that and was able to complete the project and make it look professional. Like any good contractor, he underpromised and overdelivered when it came to time and cost!! He added extra security above our fence (barbed wire)

I hired Volodymyr for a security camera installation above my garage and he did an excellent job. He was upfront about the cost and provided a great value for the work performed. On the day of the job, he arrived right on time. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process and performed a clean a professional installation. He even spent extra time investigating other potential issue in the house. I would highly recommend Volodymyr as a handyman!

We are so lucky to have found Volodymyr as our handyman. He is careful, thoughtful, honest, and efficient, and we’ve been extremely satisfied with results for several jobs so far related to plumbing, lighting installation, door frames, closets, shelves, and grouting. He always has a great grasp of what we envision for a project, and often anticipates questions or issues before we do. We needed a custom addition to an irregular doorframe—he took the measurements, came back in the second visit with the new piece ready to install, secured and painted it—it was a perfect fit and impossible to distinguish from the original parts. I bought a wall-mount light fixture that turned out to hang too low—he pointed out that we could just mount it upside down so that it pointed up instead of hanging down—honestly it looks better this way than the intended orientation. Saves us from hitting our heads on it, and saved me from having to return it and find another. Lastly, the final cost for each job has always been within the range that he quotes upfront. Highly recommend!
