- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary from house to house. For the prices I take into account several things such as: the size of the house, the frequency of cleaning, the type of cleaning (basic, medium, deep or regular and Move out/in) and the approximate time it will take to do the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is not complicated. After a client contacts me by message or call, if they have any questions, everything is clarified at the moment, then I confirm the time and date and ask for the address where the work will be done. One day before the job is reconfirmed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for ABM where I received training on which chemicals to use and how to use them. I also work with biodegradable products. I have training on protection and personal safety at the time of work. I use non-slip shoes to wash the showers and bathrooms.
