- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to provide an accurate price, I have to see the job in person. Depending on the job, we can agree on an hourly rate or a total price
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After messaging and getting some details about your project We set up a day and time that I can come do a walk around and discuss all the details about your project Are you providing the paint? Or do you need suggestions and would want me to get it for you? Once we come to an agreement on pricing and a timeline, we can move forward with the job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having worked with a few different companies, I have received training from each one of them. I bring 10 years of experience and have completed level 5 in commercial painting. I am certified to provide first aid
