- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing does fluctuate depending on where service is requested, the number of hours and specific needs. We work with each client individually to quickly give you a custom quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, you and Cassandra will start with a phone or video consultation to go over the important details about your wedding or event. If both parties mutually agree, you can mark the quote as "hired" on Thumbtack and an agreement is sent to sign. Attached is a retainer request, which will give us the ability to block off your date on the calendar. Then you will receive a confirmation confirming our appointment. After your luxury makeup experience is complete, you'll receive an e-mail outlining products used along with links to each.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From Cassandra "I started as a self taught artist from the age of 11. After high school I attended makeup artistry school in London, UK and Los Angeles, California in 2007 and 2015. In 2017 I taught HD makeup at Blush Academy Of Makeup in San Francisco. In 2018 I won the Knot Best of Weddings Award and was named a "Makeup Ninja" by Angie Lee." I am the host of 'Clean Beauty' Podcast and now work with select clients in silicon valley. I believe it's very important to continue education, no matter what field of work you are in. I read books and articles on beauty, attend events, watch videos and travel to LA often so I'm always up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and makeup techniques."
