Shelley was great! From the moment we started communicating, she made me feel comfortable having her come to my place to help me with my mess. She is friendly, intuitive, non-judgemental and we got along great. I can't recommend her enough. If you need help with your home, she's the one to call!

Shelley is hands down, the best! She asked questions to figure out what things I didn't want messed with, and what things I needed. Then she spearheaded the things I couldn't tackle. Having that fine balance where she got my input and at the same time could be the driving force behind the things that paralyzed me- is a tight rope walk that she does seemingly effortlessly. She reiterated the goals back to me so that I knew that she understood the things I told her. She listened to understand my needs and uses her expertise to improve the things that I didn't know could be improved. It was such a cleansing and refreshing feeling after having her elevate my home-- her non judgemental nature made me feel at ease and to see that my home wasn't embarrassing, but actually just a few levels away from being it's best self! (And on some days, it was embarrassing) but she always made me feel not ashamed for having a life that took me away from maintaining my home, and I didn't have to over explain my embarrassing doom piles. I've had past house services that were frustrating because I could never find my own things afterwards (like my toothbrush!!) because the person spent so much time re organizing systems that already worked for me. But with Shelley I never felt like my comfortable and working organizing systems were disrupted. She understands the need for familiarity and is very intuitive and caters her services to your needs! Definitely hire her! I have not had a better house care assistant!
