- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Services: -Walking: 1/2 hour ($25), 1 hour ($30) -Pet Sitting/Boarding: $75 per night -Drop-in visits : 1/2 hour ($15) Requirements: -All clients must be spayed/neutered. -All breeds are welcome but must be up-to-date on vaccinations, generally healthy, and well-socialized.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking a lot of questions (ie, hobbies/interests), and overall experience with animals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Palo Alto High School in 2012; attended Foothill College for several years, before deciding to take time off. I've also worked at several animal care facilities, where I learned new skills and procedures.
