- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Private Training, you can sign up online at our Book Now page. Once you have booked your session you will receive email confirmation that your session has been booked from our scheduling platform Vagaro. Please note that a credit card is required to be on file to hold your session. Your card is not charged until the end of your session. Cancelations & Refunds: - Single and package purchases are fully refundable for 72 hours from date of purchase. After 72 hours purchases are 50% refundable up to 24 hours prior to the start of your session. - More than 24 hour cancellation notice is required. If less than 24 hours notice is given then the session will be deducted from your package or your credit card will be charged the full amount for a single session/class. - Cancelations made after the 24 hour mark are nonrefundable. - Used sessions or classes are nonrefundable. - You will not be discounted or refunded if you are late for your session and end up with a shorter session as a result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All trainers are fully certified in the Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis methods. Each of our trainers also hold other certifications and degrees in dance, pilates, strength training, etc.
