Hired Xavier for replacing floor in my laundry closet. They did a neat job and was able to fix an electrical outlet as well. The price quoted was affordable which is a key reason to engage them. Would recommend for small home improvement projects.

Project cancelled due to timing and travel conditions. Agreed on time was 07:30 on Sunday 11/16/2025. I had to call twice to verify his arrival. At 0845 he stated it he was 40 minutes away. I wanted to meet with him prior to going to church and leave him with my son. I cancelled the project and went to church. My biggest issue or paranoia with this is I gave him my address two days before his due date. Work was never started.
