David was extremely helpful in helping me troubleshoot my 18-year-old built-in GE monogram microwave. He spent 2 hours diagnosing, testing, and locating an unusual issue. Replacement parts were unfortunately discontinued and very difficult to find, so time to buy a new microwave!
