FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to keep things straightforward. My rate is $50 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum for every service call. That minimum ensures that even for a quick job, I can cover my time for travel and setup. You won't pay for an estimate, and I never mark up materials, I'll just pass the direct cost on to you. I accept cash, check, or digital payment through Thumbtack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting started is easy! First, I'll review your project details and give you a fair quote or estimate right here. Once you accept, we'll confirm a day and time that fits your schedule. When I arrive, I'll take a quick look to confirm the scope of work and the price before I even start. I'll then complete the job professionally, clean up completely, and make sure you're happy with the results before closing out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I gained hands-on experience and training, working alongside my father since childhood, in skills ranging from precise carpentry and fixture installation to minor plumbing fixes. My goal is to provide a lasting solution, not just complete a task, so I always use the best products and techniques to ensure your repair holds up over time.
