FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge by the hour, but if you'd prefer to know the total cost upfront, I can definitely provide an estimate. My prices are fair, transparent, and depend on the size and complexity of the job. We’ll talk everything through beforehand, so there are no surprises or hidden fees. I value my clients and always aim to make our work together as smooth and beneficial as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by messaging — you tell me what needs to be done, and feel free to send photos or videos to help explain. I’ll ask a few questions to get a clear idea, then give you a price and estimated time. Once we agree, we’ll set up a visit at a time that works best for you. I prefer messaging because it’s quick, easy, and keeps communication clear.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience with all kinds of handyman tasks — furniture assembly, shelf installation, fixture replacement, small repairs, and more. I’m always learning new skills to improve my work quality and efficiency.
