FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Honest and Fair prices for everyone. We use premium products and quality workmanship and do not compromise on quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If I don't make the initial contact with them on the phone, I will call them back ASAP, usually within the first hour or two, but at least by the end of the day. Then I listen to the customer and find out what their needs are, determine how I can best help, and earn their business. I will schedule a free estimate for them and inspect for all prep work needed and give a detailed and accurate estimate. Other than that I treat all customers the same, whether it's a small job, large job, or continuous repeat business. I know the value of the customer and what it cost to get them, and that they are the most important asset to the business. Then I just treat them accordingly and make sure they are all more than satisfied.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I did this type of work in high school during summer and sometimes evenings. I knew it was an industry that I could be successful in.
