Alex at Prevail Plumbing really came through for us when we were in a real bind. He and his apprentice removed an early 1960s central air furnace, then the next week installed our new water heater.
Alex is honest, communication was good, he did a great job, his price was more than fair, and they didn’t leave a mess behind.
It’s not easy to find a reliable plumber who doesn’t overcharge, and it’s important to establish a good relationship…I intend to keep his number close at hand.

This was my second time using Prevail Plumbing & Heating and I have been very pleased with their service. I had an outdoor drain that was clogged and backed up and they got a tech out to me in under 2 hours. Alex was polite, professional, took care of the issue quickly, and also offered helpful troubleshooting advice. I will continue to use Prevail plumbing & heating whenever the need arises and highly recommend them to others!
