Leeda is a good person who actually cares about her clients. Things going wrong during a project is not out of the ordinary. But Leeda will be responsive and actually do her best in coming up with a solution. Carlos the operations manager has very high standards and will never cut corners. They will do right by you and will do it for a reasonable price. That is all any client can ever hope for.
