ProHouse Appliance will go my go to going forward for all my appliance issues. The owner was super responsive and flexible with my busy schedule. They were punctual, actually earlier than the scheduled time. :) There was additional help with the technician Chris and he was knowledgeable and was able to get the problem diagnosed and resolved very quickly. They also went above and beyond to help me some additional little issues, such as replacing light bulbs, with my Thermador fridge which we all know costs more than ten thousand to replace. I really appreciate Chris being honest and helpful which nowadays it’s not always easy to find trustworthy but yet also technically sound professionals. I am thankful that I have found that in ProHouse Appliance team.

Chris was a great technician that knew what he was doing, my refrigerator wasn’t cooling and he explained to me what the problem was, and got it fixed within 45 minutes. I would highly recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again.

My husband and I hired ProHouse Appliance Care to repair our U-Line 2-drawer fridge/freezer combo. Our freezer portion was making a very loud screeching noise every day for about 20 minutes 2-3 times a day, which was a huge nuisance, especially having a newborn. We were concerned about her hearing development.

Although, ultimately, they could not repair the issue, they made every effort to do so by contacting U-Line to troubleshoot, and they sent a tech over four times over to attempt to repair the problem at no extra charge including their senior person. Once it was clear that the issue was not going to be fixed, they refunded our money minus the consultation fee.

Andy, especially, was very helpful. He even gave us recommendations on where to get other appliances for replacement and which brands are the best and which ones have the best warranties. Even though they could not fix the issue, I recommend this company and will reach out again for any future appliance repairs.
