Mahdi Created two ADU designs for me from scratch. The quality of his drawings and his ideas are excellent, use of space, CAD drawings, communication, friendliness make him an excellent designer and architect. I am still going through the city to get the plans approved, and he is very responsive and makes necessary modifications very quickly. It has been a pleasure to deal with him. Im looking forward to developing a project with six more homes, and plan to give Mahdi a chance to do the designs.Highly recommend!

A close friend of mine recommended Mahdi from CADNEST DESIGN about a month ago. I was in desperate need of help with one of my projects. Needless to say superman came to my rescue! I have worked with many architects throughout my career and I have yet to feel thoroughly satisfied with my experience until now. My husband and I reached out to Mahdi for help with our ADU in our property. It was the greatest choice we made with our construction process! MAHDI is knowledgeable, professional and his detail in his work is Amazing. Mahdi answered all the questions we had and also had many useful suggestions for our ADU. I also loved that he was great with communication and checked in with my permit process before, in the middle and after he finished his work with us. I highly recommend Mahdi!

I have worked with Mahdi on a few projects. He is an excellent designer. He pays close attention to detail and has excellent ideas on how to maximize space. He definitely goes above and beyond when it comes to timeliness. His turn around time on corrections and changes is particularly fast. Mahdi is very knowledgeable on city requirements so it makes working with the city go more smoothly! If he does not know something he is quick to research that particular requirement. In addition, he works really hard to make his schedule work with your schedule. I have referred and will continue to refer Madhi to people. We feel very fortunate to have met such a competent designer.

I would like to thank mahdi, Lifesaver- so glad I found him. I have talked to several designer before him, and none of them surprised me except mahdi, his ideas are endless and brilliant, I was immediately impressed by the swift and brilliant ideas and skills he had equipped himself with is beyond my expectations. He listened and implemented in my design everything that I wanted and was always in touch and promptly replying to emails.It has been an efficient, professional service, I highly recommend talking to him first before you proceed your plan with someone else.
