- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge projects per hour. Because I work fast I want to give my customers what they deserve. However in some cases I can offer a better deal through a flat rate per project fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a client will explain what they would like to accomplish and then I will deliver based on their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of La Verne and have an associates in Computer Aided Drafting and Design.
