- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The focus of my work is to provide you value first, foremost, and always. Everyone has different needs, and together we will determine the best fit for you. The best way to do that is to sign-up on my website for a free 30 min session on zoom. When you're on my website, Fluid Transitions, click the button that says: Set your course today by scheduling a free call. If you do it here, there is no free option. Here are a few ideas: Single 50-Minute Session: $175. For businesses wanting to increase production time with an Internal Mastermind Groups to workout your production kinks and strengthen your culture ( based on how many people and stages to your production line ) contact for pricing Ideally, I like to work on a monthly basis meeting once a week or more. This way allows me time to learn more about you and your organization. It gives me time to research your needs and find solutions for you. Monthly rates range from $2500 to $5000. With all this in mind please note that everything is negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Currently, I am setting up two new programs: 1. Strengthen your culture and production quality and time. When you get the team right, your client and customers will rave about you. 2. As a business owner, you may realize that someday you will want to sell your company. What you do today will directly affect how much money you will be able to get out of your business. It may sound counterintuitive, but in my experience, when you are ready to go - is NOT the time to start thinking about selling your company. It is best to plan that a few years ahead of time. I'm developing a 4 step process to help educate you on how to think about your exit and what you can do now to make the transition smoother.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being an entrepreneur is a different kind of life. Some have said it's a life sentence. ;-) To me being an entrepreneur requires innovation of myself on a daily basis and that excites me. To be a successful entrepreneur means that I'm always learning. I've spent more than $60,000 on my education so far and I don't see that stopping. I also have a BA in Art History
